Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families by helping them find acceptance, guidance, and hope through delivering evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to meet their needs. We also aim to offer the latest evidence based training to mental health professionals in the region.

About Our Services
Eunoia offers confidential, evidence-based psychological services to the community. We provide assessments and psychological therapy for children and adults who are experiencing a range of difficulties or who are willing to build up their resiliency and increase overall wellbeing.
At Eunoia we employ numerous methods to seek out early indicators of mental health conditions to allow for intervention before a problem progresses. If a condition already exists, we are able to apply the expertise of our specialized mental health professionals through your journey towards recovery.
Our professionals will work closely together to formulate the best treatment strategy for you. We provide diagnosis and treatment across the entire spectrum of mental health but focus on clinical psychology, which is concerned with the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders including:
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Panic Disorder
- Phobias
- Acute Stress Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
- Depressive Disorders
- Bipolar Disorder
In Addition
We offer practical support for the following life challenges: stress, sleep difficulties, relationship difficulties, and grief & loss.
Our clinic isn’t a crisis center and therefore isn’t equipped to meet the needs of individuals who require 24-hour support. Unfortunately we cannot offer our services for emergency or walk-in appointments, child custody evaluations or psychological evaluations in cases involving litigation, services for chronic substance use and dependence, services for medically involved eating disorders, court-ordered treatments, and services to individuals with serious mental illnesses who are noncompliant with medication.
If we are not able to meet your needs we will refer you to a center that will be better able to assist you.
